Bob brings more than 30 years of experience, guiding projects through the construction phase. He enjoys checking in with clients, working through the challenges that come up on site, and seeing their reactions when the finished space is finally revealed. His advice for homeowners is to plan for the unknowns: set aside a contingency budget and stay involved throughout the project so decisions feel clear and collaborative.

At home, Bob loves spending time in the backyard and on the back deck, soaking up the sun in summer and enjoying quiet evenings around a bonfire. He enjoys working with wood and epoxy—creating tables, charcuterie boards, and other custom pieces—and is known for pulling off good-natured scares and big jokes, especially with his wife and sons. What he appreciates most about Amsted is how well everyone works together; the support and teamwork on every project make a real difference.
