Nathan leads our sales team, working with clients and our internal team to ensure each project begins with a clear, well-aligned plan and a strong foundation moving forward. With more than 20 years of experience, he’s built his career around working with people—clients, team members, and trade partners—and that’s still his favourite part of the job. His advice for homeowners is simple: communication is everything. Being open and honest about your budget, expectations, and how things are going makes the entire process better for everyone involved.

At home, Nathan’s favourite place is his garage gym, where he trains groups of young athletes. For him, there’s nothing better than seeing them smiling, laughing, and putting in the work to chase their goals. His air fryer is a must-have, saving time and making everyday meals easier. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching and mentoring athletes. A fun fact: he’s always had a fear of singing in front of people, so he decided to face it head-on and learn how to sing—turning it into something fun along the way.
