The holidays have a way of bringing us all into the kitchen. Ovens hum, favourite dishes are on repeat, and there’s always room for “just one more” cookie for quality control. At Amsted, some of our best conversations and memories begin around food, whether it’s with family, friends, or the clients who so often become friends along the way.
This year, we wanted to find a simple way to share that feeling of connection, even if we’re not gathered around the same table. Home for the Holidays is our first-ever Amsted Holiday Cookbook, created as a way to come together during the season and enjoy it side by side, even from our own kitchens.
