The holidays have a way of pulling everyone back to the kitchen. Ovens hum, favourite dishes are on repeat, and there’s always room for “just one more” cookie for quality control. Around Amsted, many of our best stories start over shared food. This year, we wanted to bundle a bit of that warmth into something you can enjoy at home, too.
Home for the Holidays is Amsted’s first-ever Holiday Cookbook. It’s a collection of festive recipes from team members across the company. We’re excited to share with you the comfort food we lean on for snowy nights in, and the family favourites we’ve made more times than we can count.
Just like our projects, this cookbook is a team effort. It’s a little bit of everyone, all in one place. From busy holiday dinners to slow, cozy afternoons, we hope this collection offers a recipe or two you’ll be glad to make again.
