Before we jump into what’s next, we wanted to hit pause and look back at 2025.
This recap captures both the work itself — including some truly great renovations — and everything around it: the awards we’re proud of, the clients we celebrate alongside our team and trade partners, the ambassadors who continue to send exciting projects our way, and the community moments that mattered most this year.
Here’s 2025 at Amsted: the milestones, the memories, and the teamwork behind it all.

If there’s one thing we saw again and again this year, it’s this: the best work happens when the right people are around the table (and on site).
In 2025, we invested in our team through quarterly meetings with the entire company, and individual team builders — from bowling to time on the St. Lawrence. Those days aren’t just “fun extras.” They’re part of how we stay connected, sharpen our collaboration, and show up better for homeowners.
We also made it a point to celebrate the partners who make every build stronger:
And one milestone we won’t forget: one of our Project Managers, Randy’s retirement after 31 years with Amsted. We’re grateful for everything he brought to our team.
Renovations are personal. They’re not just upgrades — they’re changes that make day-to-day life smoother, safer, and more “you.”
In 2025, we completed 40 renovation transformations, and our Home Care team tackled 87 jobs.

One of our favourite ways to wrap a project is with a Reno Reveal — and in 2025, we hosted four. It’s the moment homeowners get to welcome friends, neighbours, and family into a space that finally fits (and yes, it’s as satisfying as it sounds).

We also featured one of our proud Westboro projects through the RenoMark RenoTour Parade of Homes — a reminder that every “before and after” is really a homeowner’s trust + a team committed to doing it right.

We connected with homeowners early in their planning at four home shows this year — and introduced our new Amsted booth along the way. Those conversations are some of our favourites — the ones that start with, “We’ve been thinking about renovating for years…” and end with, “Okay… I’m excited to get started!”

Being a local company means showing up — not only when it’s project-related, but when it’s community-related, too.
In 2025, we:
Made multiple food bank donations (because showing up locally matters)
Put together a Christmas hamper with The Caring and Sharing Exchange to help make the season a little easier for a family in need
Golf tournament sponsorships supporting local causes and community groups
Sponsored the Special Olympics Breakfast — proud to support an event that brings people together for a great purpose
Each one of these moments helps strengthen our connection to the communities where we live and work.

We were honoured to be finalists for 24 awards this year — recognition that reflects the care our team brings to every project.
Here are a few moments of recognition from 2025:
Awards are never the goal — but we’re proud when they reflect what our whole team works hard to uphold every day.
If 2025 reminded us of anything, it’s that the best results come from intention — clear planning, honest communication, and the right people building together.
To our homeowners, trades, partners, ambassadors, and community: thank you for being part of our year.
