We reimagined this home for long-term comfort, transforming underused rooms into a calming, highly functional primary suite. The result is a cohesive bedroom, bathroom, and walk-in closet designed for better flow, smarter storage, and everyday ease.
Three Spaces, One Cohesive Design
We reconfigured the existing footprint to create three distinct yet connected zones: a serene bedroom, a spa-inspired main bathroom, and a custom walk-in dressing area. By removing an unused guest room and undersized bathroom, we designed a generous bath with a soaker tub positioned beneath the window, a streamlined shower with concealed storage, and a dressing space with fully integrated cabinetry.
Customized IKEA wardrobe systems were elevated with trim, filler panels, and thoughtful layout adjustments to achieve a built-in look while respecting budget. Throughout, we maintained a consistent palette of warm whites, oak tones, muted greens, and matte black accents, refinishing and extending the existing hardwood into the new closet to unify the spaces. The result is a calm, functional retreat that balances comfort, storage, and timeless appeal.
