Thoughtfully Designed to Last

A Home Ready for What’s Next

We reimagined this 1970s home to support long-term living without expanding the footprint. Thoughtful layout changes and warm, durable finishes created a welcoming space designed for comfort, connection, and everyday ease.

Planning for Everyday Comfort

We reshaped the existing layout to support aging-in-place while maintaining a home that’s ideal for hosting family. A former bedroom made way for a generous primary suite with a walk-through closet, integrated laundry, and a carefully planned ensuite featuring accessibility-focused details such as a built-in bench, discreet grab bars, and smart fixture placement. The kitchen was rebuilt around a new island, pantry wall, and coffee station, while added millwork at the back entry and under the stair improves storage without closing off space.

Throughout the home, refinished and feathered-in white oak flooring, repeated cabinet profiles, coordinated hardware, and subtle herringbone tile details create cohesion. Updated lighting, electrical, and windows complete the transformation—resulting in a home that feels brighter, more functional, and ready to support the family for years to come.
