Coastal Character with Lasting Comfort
Inspired by the home’s Cape Cod exterior, we carried a coastal palette of crisp whites, soft wood tones, and navy accents throughout. In the compact kitchen and bathrooms, we elevated the spaces with quartz countertops, navy cabinetry, and matte black fixtures. Throughout the home, wide-plank flooring adds warmth and creates a seamless flow across both levels. Together, these choices transformed the cottage into a year-round retreat that preserves its original charm while supporting year-round lakeside living.
We maximized every inch of the cottage without sacrificing comfort or safety, creating a home that feels both smart and effortless. Thoughtful touches such as space-saving pocket doors, a custom staircase designed to keep circulation and services flowing smoothly, and cabinetry integrated into window frames turned practical solutions into moments of everyday ease.
