Erin is often the first friendly voice people hear when they call Amsted. With more than 20 years in customer service and over 5 years in this role, she helps keep things running smoothly and supports both the team and homeowners so everyone feels taken care of from the very first conversation. Her advice when people call in is simple: you don’t need to have all the answers. We’ll walk you through it step by step.

At home, Erin’s favourite place is the kitchen, which has become the unofficial family magnet. Her kids come through for snacks, friends show up for wine, and somehow everyone ends up gathered around the counter instead of the comfy couch. Her Nespresso machine is a daily essential—life with kids runs on caffeine more than sleep. Outside of work, she loves doing anything with her children. Right now, they’re in their “rink era,” spending most of their free time at ringette and hockey, and genuinely loving it. What Erin appreciates most about Amsted is the teamwork, support, and positive energy that everyone brings to the office every day.
