Project Coordinator

Keith is often one of the first people homeowners meet at Amsted. He introduces clients to the process and guides them through the planning and design stages right up until construction begins. He started in a version of this role in 2011, but his roots in construction go back to his teenage years in the ’90s. He loves meeting new people and finding solutions for their homes. His advice for homeowners: take time to calculate a realistic budget and stay open to professional guidance along the way.

At home, Keith’s favourite place is his home office—a quiet space that’s just his, and a peaceful spot to focus and recharge. Outside of work, he loves exploring new places with his wife and boys, and once played guitar and sang in a heavy metal band. What he appreciates most about Amsted is the way the team cares for clients. In his experience, the level of communication and support sets a higher bar than anywhere he’s worked before.
