Kevin is often one of the first people homeowners meet. He listens closely, acts as a trusted advisor, and helps people explore what’s possible for their project. With 19 years in the industry, he loves meeting new clients and helping bring their dream homes to life, especially in those celebratory moments when everything comes together.

His advice is to do your homework, ask questions, and be upfront about your budget. Clear expectations from the start make it easier for the whole team to deliver a great result.

At home, Kevin’s favourite space is the oversized mudroom his family created by combining their main floor office and back hall—an invaluable hub for a very active family of six. He also enjoys unwinding with a good show in the bedroom. Outside of work, he plays and coaches volleyball and travels for Masters tournaments, having once played professionally in Paris, France. He appreciates the strong sense of collaboration at Amsted and the emphasis on life/work balance.
