As beautiful and painless as a renovation project can be. Our entire first floor was completely modernized on time and slightly under budget - what else can we say? The Amsted crew was very responsive to any issues during the project. The design team helped us create a plan which is both functional and beautiful to our tastes with the main focus being to improve the kitchen.

Our new living room is wonderful. The whole family including the dog have spent more time enjoying the room than in the past. The fireplace and accent wall/shelves are fabulous. Exactly what I had envisioned for the space. We also had our main bathroom redone. It feels like a spa with all the new features.

We selected the Amsted as we felt they understood best our vision and were extremely well prepared and engaged in the process from day 1. We were quite nervous with proceeding with the project as it was in 2021 in the midst of some major supply chain issues. In the end Amsted delivered more than a renovated house, they delivered an improved quality of life for our family. We have a brighter, bigger more functional living space that allows us to entertain friends in style, but also an oasis to come home to after a long day at work.
