David has been in construction since he was 18, and today he oversees custom home and renovation projects from early planning through to the final walkthrough. He loves seeing a home transformed and watching clients’ reactions when they step into the finished space for the first time. His advice for homeowners is to be honest about your budget and focus on what you can comfortably take on now—it’s one of the best ways to keep the experience positive and low stress.

At home, David’s favourite place is his workshop, where he can relax, be creative, and recharge. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting and spending time with his dogs. He appreciates seeing people pull together at Amsted, each person bringing their strengths to work toward a shared goal for every homeowner.
