Amsted Recognized as Customer Service Leader

Amsted is proud to announce we have been recognized for our seventh consecutive Guildmaster Award with Highest Distinction. This award honours companies across North America who demonstrate exceptional customer service in the residential construction industry.

Out of hundreds of applicants across North America, Amsted is one of only 4 home building, renovation and contracting professionals in Canada, and the only company in Ottawa, to be recognized by GuildQuality for consistently delivering superior customer care.

In determining which businesses received the 2017 Guildmaster Award, GuildQuality, a third-party surveying company, reviewed thousands of survey responses submitted by past customers. Two primary metrics were considered for each candidate: the percentage of customers stating they would recommend the business to friend and the percentage of customers who responded.
