What a weekend! We were thrilled and proud that our team won three categories at the 2018 Housing Design Awards on Saturday! These awards celebrate the best of the best among the many companies that are part of the Greater Ottawa Home Builders’ Association and our wins were in categories that faced stiff competition.
One of our projects, a beautiful condo renovation that transformed an industrial space into a feminine retreat, won two awards. It was named the winner of Renovation under $100,000 and claimed the category for Custom Kitchen, 180 sq. ft. or less, Traditional.
For Project Coordinator Paulette MacGregor, this renovation created a pleasing minimalist styling that invites calm.

Our other winning project involved a renovation overseen by Director of Design Chuck Mills. The project was a main-floor makeover that also reached upstairs into the master ensuite and included adding smart technology to the home.
The project won the Renovation $350,001 to $500,000 category. And the ensuite in this home was already a winner at the Ontario Home Builders’ Association Awards of Distinction last month, making it a double winner, too!
