Amsted Design-Build is thrilled to announce our success at the 2024 Greater Ottawa Home Builders’ Association (GOHBA) Housing Design Awards Gala, where we were proudly honoured with three prestigious awards. Being recognized amongst our peers in such a competitive industry is especially rewarding and a true testament to our team’s commitment to excellence and passion for their craft.
Out of our eight finalist nominations, we are proud to bring home the following awards:

- Best Renovation between $400,0001 – $600,000
- Ottawa Renovator of the Year
This recognition comes during a monumental year for Amsted, as we also celebrate our 35th anniversary. We are especially honoured to hold both the Ontario and Ottawa Renovator of the Year titles for 2024—an achievement that highlights our unwavering commitment to quality, innovation, and collaboration.

Best Renovation under $150,000
This main floor transformation included a completely new kitchen, reimagined entryway with built-in storage, and modern sliding doors to bring in more light from the living room.

This home renovation preserved the charming character of the front porch, while the second-floor transformation embraced a modern style, optimized layout, and an abundance of natural light.
