This renovation features many exterior updates which modernized the front façade, and added to this home’s efficiency and curb appeal. The large two-storey bay window was replaced with a more modern style, as well as updating the other windows throughout the home. The entryway of the home now features a sleek black door and the porch area. Cedar tongue and groove wood detailing can be found on the front porch and along the soffits.
