Our award-winning Barrhaven main-floor makeover got some welcome attention in a recent Ottawa Citizen story. The project, which transformed a modest suburban home into a bright, modern and welcoming space, won its category of home renovation under $150,000 at the Canadian Home Builders’ Association’s National Housing Awards for Excellence.
This renovation was all about bringing colour, light and life to this dated home and creating spaces that are both highly functional and thoroughly welcoming. It meant redesigning the dining room and kitchen and better connecting them to the sunken family room.
Personalized touches, like the playful purple wall and coffered ceiling in the family room or the window seat in the dining room, highlight the attention to detail that make this space so unique.
And after an earlier renovation left the owners hesitant to renovate again, our commitment to customer satisfaction gave them an end result that exceeded their expectations.
