On a beautiful September afternoon, Amsted opened the doors of our newest Living Room to neighbours, local business owners, valued trade partners, and past clients.
Owners Steve Barkhouse and Kirk Haw were joined by Councillor Peter Clarke to cut the ribbon and officially open the completely renovated space. Guests enjoyed a tour of the Living Room, an abundance of refreshments from neighbour Golden Star Chinese Food, and a unique display of some of Amsted’s past projects.
We thank all who joined us in celebrating this exciting occasion. Less than one year ago, this space was the storied Tailor Shop of community staple Leo La Vecchia. We intend for the space will remain a ‘Tailor Shop’, just of a different kind. Also known for our personalized service, Amsted tailors our design and construction solutions to each client’s unique needs, just as Mr. La Vecchia tailored his clients’ suits for all those years.
The Springfield location represents our newest expansion into our clients’ communities as we strive to continue providing the Amsted Advantage. Our Living Rooms are a place where dreams can be explored and ideas brought to life. We are so excited to be in this new neighbourhood, and we welcome each of you to contact the office and come by to see it yourself!
In the meantime, please see below for a few pictures of the Grand Opening and a sneak peak at the impressive renovation.
